Playwright, Director, Set & Costume Designer
Giulio Cesare Perrone Giulio’s approach to theater, informed by his experience and training in the U.S. and Europe, emphasizes the physical aspects of movement and dance, and the central role of the actors/ performers/ creators in the creative process. The artistic importance of scenery always incorporates live music, and often video as well. As a writer, designer, and director, Giulio has been recognized with two prestigious Pew Grants and several industry awards. His commitment to making and supporting progressive, traditional, and non-traditional forms of theater and programs gives voice to the many urgent cultural narratives that have been historically excluded from theater throughout his lifetime. He moved from his native Italy to the United States in 1995. Now a U.S. resident, Giulio has over 300 theater and opera productions to his credit. He is the Founder and Producing Artistic Director of Inferno Theatre.

Nikki Liv Basas is thrilled for her Inferno debut! Favorite credits include Belle (Ebenezer Scrooge), Countess Andrenyi (Murder on the Orient Express), Grace Farrell (Annie), and Elizabeth Bennet (Pride & Prejudice). Recent New York appearances include performances at the Lincoln Center (Jane Eyre) and at Don’t Tell Mama. She trains in singing with Kelly Burge and Henry Torres and is coached by Ashley Loren. James Paul Gregory

James Paul Gregory is elated to step into the world of Inferno Theatre’s Dracula! Favorite roles include Little Shop of Horrors (Seymour Krelborn), The Miracle Worker (James Keller), A Midsummer Night’s Dream (Bottom), and The Music Man (Marcellus Washburn). He’s also worked in front of and behind the camera on films and commercials. He thanks Giulio for the opportunity to play a character with as much gravitas and empathy as Prof. Abraham Van Helsing alongside such a talented ensemble.
Sarah Liller
Dracula
Sarah Liller is an actor, dancer, and multi-passionate creative. She recently played Tessa in Dream Hou$e at College of Marin. Her other recent credits include She Kills Monsters, Mystic Pizza, and the devised play Miracle Fish, which she helped create, and which was voted one of the top shows in Marin County in 2025. She is grateful to be part of Dracula and inspired by the incredibly talented cast and creative team.

Kevin Olvera is a UC Berkeley graduate with interests in storytelling, performance, and human behavior. He trained through the American Conservatory Theater’s Summer Training Congress and San Francisco Semester programs, and has played trumpet for over 10 years. After making his Shakespeare in the Park debut with Inferno Theatre in Love’s Labour’s Lost, he is thrilled to return to the company for Dracula.

Gabby Rose is an actor, director, playwright, and filmmaker from the Bay Area. As an actor, they specialize in immersive theater and scare acting, having worked in Terror Vault for 6 seasons. As a writer, they have published the murder mystery audio drama Atwood Manor, a full-length stage play titled Mary Me, and a handful of short films that can be found on YouTube.
Adam Torrian

Adam Torrian is from Modesto, CA, and making his Inferno Theatre debut. He most recently played Garry Essendine in Present Laughter at Prospect Theater Project and Robin Hood in Sherwood at Cinnabar Theater. Some of his favorite past roles include John in The Whipping Man at Prospect Theater Company, Frederick Douglass in The Agitators, and Moses in Pass Over both at The Pear Theatre.
Kaveri Udupa

Kaveri Udupa is a freshman at the University of California Berkeley. She has a decade worth of experience in both Bharatanatyam and Kalaripayattu, Indian art forms. She has recently rediscovered her love for theater and is excited to be part of Dracula.
Emilia Vernet

Emilia Vernet is an actress from Colorado and is incredibly excited to work with Inferno Theatre. She is currently a sophomore at UC Berkeley, double majoring in Media Studies and Theater. She has done previous work with Inferno Theatre in Love's Labour's Lost. Emilia enjoys playing cello, and drums and has dreams of learning the banjo. Most importantly, she hopes you enjoy the show!
