WHAT: Inferno Theatre presents William Shakespeare’s MIDSUMMER NIGHT’S DREAM for free in Berkeley's John Hinkel Park Amphitheatre. This production, which is adapted, directed and designed by Giulio Cesare Perrone, transports the audience to an enchanted forest world using music, movement, magic and Shakespeare’s language.

All shows start at 4PM. The amphitheater opens at 3 p.m. for picnicking.

The first few rows of the amphitheater will be reserved as a courtesy especially for those with limited mobility. Call 510-229-8137 to reserve one of those spots. The amphitheater is wheelchair accessible - access is best from Somerset Place, take Southampton from Arlington and continue straight onto Somerset Place. Bring low lawn chairs or pillows/cushions and/or blankets. Also bring layered clothing - the amphitheatre can get chilly later in the day.
