William Shakespeare’s King Lear

Inferno Theatre in collaboration with Actors Ensemble of Berkeley present FREE in Berkeley's lovely John Hinkel Park Amphitheatre, William Shakespeare’s KING LEAR, adapted and directed by Giulio Cesare Perrone.  An ensemble production which condenses and intensifies this seminal family tragedy with striking visuals, physicality and live music. Gender is fluid with many male roles presented as female.

All shows start at 4 p.m. The amphitheater opens at 3 p.m. for picnicing.
