Giulio Cesare Perrone’s adaptation of Bram Stoker's DRACULA

at Brooklyn Preserve in Oakland

Thursdays through Sundays October 26 - November 18 plus special performance/party on Halloween, October 31

DRACULA opens Thursday, October 26, and plays Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings through Saturday, November 18 at the Brooklyn Preserve, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evening performances begin at 8 pm. Sunday performances begin at 7 pm.  A special performance event and after party will be held on Halloween night, Tuesday, October 31, beginning at 8 pm. Audience members are encouraged to attend in costume.

With DRACULA Inferno brings a Gothic romance re-imagined through the lens of fear and fascination for the primordial mysteries that surround us — blood, death, love, and fear of the foreigner who brings the ultimate epidemic. A common purpose and love empower a society to overcome this bloody epidemic and defeat Dracula, the supreme outsider bent on controlling society. The play unfolds through live music, compelling physical theater, dance, and magic spells, to guide the audience on a journey of primeval instinct and dangerous love.

LOCATION: Brooklyn Preserve: 1433 12th Avenue, Oakland, CA 94606 (at the corner of E. 15th Street). 

PLEASE NOTE: the venue does not have an elevator and a flight of stairs is required to get to the performance space. Call the box office at 510-825-0449 for more information. Venue can be chilly, bring warm clothing and/or a blanket.
